Navar and Kyras stared at the meal they were offered, with a resentful eye. Beautifully prepared, every fruit and vegetable had been carefully carved to resemble a vast field of differently colored flowers.

“Don’t you dare look at it like that! This was for my Mate, and the cook spent all the past turn on it!” Ysha hissed at them both.

“It is… Impressive, Lord Ysha” Kyras mumbled, trying not to laugh.

“Would you pass me an orchid, Lord Morgan? I grow tired of daisies; I have a delicate disposition” Navar stated, as seriously as he could master.

“Eat your daisy or wear it” Ysha hissed at his brother.

“I suggest you follow your brother’s counsel, Lord Navar” Kyras stated, picking up an orchid shaped tuber.

“Oh?” Navar asked, amused.

“Indeed. We yet ignore the shapes of the desserts” Kyras made him notice, and Navar burst out laughing.

Ysha grabbed a flower and threw it at Navar, as Kyras giggled.
